DTRO Membrane Column Membrane

The feed liquid (wastewater) enters the pressure vessel through the inlet and flows into the separation membrane through the internal circular guide plate. The separation membrane is a circular structure. The liquid flows back and forth between the guide plate and the membrane. The distance between the two guide plates is 3mm. There are convex points arranged in a certain way on the surface of the guide plate. These convex points make the liquid form strong turbulence during the flow process, increase the permeation rate and self-cleaning function, thereby effectively avoiding membrane blockage and concentration polarization, successfully extending the service life of the membrane and maintaining high-efficiency filtration flux. It is also easy to clean the scale on the membrane during cleaning, ensuring that the DT membrane assembly is suitable for harsh water inlet conditions.
