SW Membrane

WSD seawater desalination reverse osmosis membrane elements use innovative thin film nanocomposite technology (TFN) to improve water quality while reducing water treatment costs. Compared with traditional technologies, water production is increased by 20%, and the desalination rate is the industry leader, suitable for industrial water treatment such as high-salinity seawater desalination and high-concentration brackish water desalination.

It is recommended to flush the membrane element for 24 hours before first use and drain the flushing water directly. For ease of installation, apply lubricant to all seals. Keep the element moist at all times after initial wetting. To prevent bacterial biogrowth when the system is shut down for a long time, it is recommended to immerse the membrane element in a preservative solution. Rinse off the preservative before use. The membrane has a certain resistance to short-term attack by chlorine (hypochlorite). Avoid long-term exposure to sunlight!
