STRO Membrane
STRO membrane technology is a new type of structural membrane component specially developed for leachate and high-salt wastewater treatment. It adopts a roll membrane structure and uses parallel grid channels that are different from general roll membranes. It has stronger anti-fouling ability and a wider range of application scenarios.
■ Structural Principle
A complete ST membrane assembly includes the following parts:
● ST membrane core (RO, NF, etc.)
● Inlet and outlet water guide plate and pipeline
● Center tie rod
● Pressure vessel (shell)
Wastewater enters directly from the end, and is evenly distributed to the feed end face of the membrane assembly through a guide distribution plate. Under pressure, the dialysate flows through the grid into the middle dialysate collection pipe, and the remaining intercepted wastewater flows out of the concentrated water pipe through the parallel grid. The membrane assembly is connected in series to achieve an increase in water recovery rate and a reduction in energy consumption.
■ Technical Parameters
Note: The length of the water inlet joint is 120mm, and the length of the concentrate joint is 170mm; water inlet and outlet mode: upper water inlet/lower concentrate water (water production) or lower water inlet (water production)/upper concentrate water.
