CDRO Membrane Element
Overview
CDRO adopts an open flow channel. The feed liquid enters the pressure vessel via the inlet. The liquid to be treated flows into the flow guide disc over a short distance, reverses 180 degrees from one side of the membrane to the other, then enters the next flow guide disc, and finally exits through the outlet. This specialized design induces turbulence as the liquid flows across the membrane surface and collides with protrusions on the flow guide disc, boosting the permeation rate and enabling self - cleaning, thus extending the membrane's service life.
CDRO membranes are widely used in various water treatment applications: advanced treatment of municipal tap water, municipal sewage treatment and reuse, mine water treatment, steel and coking industry wastewater management, desalination and concentration of materials, general wastewater treatment, and near - zero discharge/reduction of industrial wastewater.
Technical Advantages
1. Wider flow channel of the deflector disc,
2. Avoids flow channel clogging,
3. Excellent self-cleaning performance,
4. Reduces concentration polarization,
5. Low pressure drop and high flow rate,

Technical specification
The above data need to be adjusted according to the water quality conditions.
Dimensions of CDRO Membrane Module
Note: Inlet/outlet pipe size: M26 x 1.5; Product water outlet size: NPT 1/2”
